(1) If you plan to immigrate to canada as an IT employee, it is almost next to impossible. You can try the Quebec option but that has lots of additional headaches (like french knowledge etc). If you can prove that you have at least 2 years of work experience in the categories that are listed under Federal Skilled worker (FSW) - your journey to Canada will become much easier.
