bullshit....constitutional amendment has a technical definition...only those changes to text of the constitution which are done in accordance with article 368 are called 'constitutional amendments' and they require two-thirds majority in most of the cases... other changes in the constitution are not called amendments and they dont require two-thirds majority but simple majority....deeniki opposition parties sahakaram avasaram ledu...state formation ilaantide... |
