Chandrababu Naidu begins his hectic political activities soon after his return from USA. He straight away went to AP Bhavan in New Delhi to console the 70 Telugu people, who stranded there for the last three days awaiting their return to home. After talking to them, he tried to contact Resident Commissioner Shashank Goyal, but when he came to knew that he takes leave, Chandrababu and his party MPs have staged dharna demanding an RC immediately come and talk to him. Assist Commissioner Suryanarayana has faced the ire of Chandrababu and the Telugu people. Chandrababu spits fire on him for showing negligence in providing basic facilities like food, beds and bathrooms etc to the stranded passengers. Then only, RC Shashank Goyal has comes to meet and tender apology to him for his absence. He promised Babu that he will provide the basic amenities and serve good food to the stranded tourists.

Chandrababu said that he did not expect such a miserable situation for the Telugu people in AP Bhavan. He gave a stern warning to the commissioner and to the assistant commissioner and demanded to allot all the vacant rooms to the tourists.

Chandrababu has asserted that, if necessary he will stay at New Delhi to ensure their safe and smooth transit back to home. Chandrababu has donated Rs.10,000 to each passenger of 70 passengers stranded in AP Bhavan.
