Cherry claims he saved techies' career!

With the media highlighting his highhanded behaviour with two software engineers at Banjara Hills on Sunday, Telugu hero Ram Charan Teja called for a media conference on Thursday to defend his action.

Ram Charan said he had not beaten up anybody, nor had his bodyguards. “I am not sure they were software engineers. They kept on honking from behind when I was held up at the traffic junction. I did not get down from car and behaved in a dignified manner, while they came to my car and knocked at my car’s window panes. That was when my body guards entered the scene and pushed them away,” he said.

He claimed that he had saved the precious careers of the techies. “I could have lodged a complaint with the police against their misbehaviour. But I did not do it keeping in view their careers. They should apologise to me and not I should do it,” he said.

And Ram Charan went on to allege that the two techies were probably drunk on a holiday.

“Their behaviour was erratic. One of them came out of the car without wearing chappals. That was why they had to be carried into the police station,” he said.
