You can even find a desi company who will be willing to file labor for future employment through your friends. File in EB3 as there will not be much scrutiny. If you are lucky you can get labor approved and also I-140 before 6 months. You can then get 3 year extension. Look for converting to F1 as well. This will be backup and safe option.
