why don't you go to India and stay there for 3 months and recapture the date. In the meantime if your labor gets approved, you can file for I140 premium and get 3 year extension.

Also look for options in Canada as a 2nd option.



Heard consulting companies labor is going to audit in lot of cases and getting denied as well routinely now and I will be struck in India then.

Canada, I don't know how easy is the process for IT guys
