naaku thelisinantha varaku no revoking happened Bewars bro...atleast 3 of my friends got their GC's in EB1 in last one month...CTS is still filing EB1's...the rule to be eligible for the category is you should be working in a managerial position outside of US for atleast 1 year in CTS...and they follow this very strictly...so deenikosame naaku thelisina janaalu they went to Canada/UK/India for 1 year and they came back to US...there is no abuse in this...Global Managers ki EB1 lo file cheyyocchu...I dont fall in this category as I never worked outside US... Regarding EB2 and EB3,yes...there are too many audits...and CTS stopped filing GC's for more than a year now....only maxout cases inkoka 4-5 monthslo undhi ante thappaka file chesthunnaaru...and 99% audit ki pothunnaayi...some get cleared and some dont... |
