1. He ate Low carb snacks like Pork Skins (Baken-ETS ) brand.. they are also called chiccarones.. high fat but zero carbs.

2. Try to make spaghetti with sphaghetti squash.

3. Eat Shirataaki noodles ( from health stores)

4. use Cauli flower as a rice substitute.. basic gaa cauli flower ni grate chesi RICE gaa thintaadu..
