- Dental health depends mostly on calcium/phosphorous reserves in our body.
artificial sources kanna natural sources like milk & green vegetables etc. dwara theesukunte body will easily absorb faster. (inkonni sources chepparu simple vi gurthu pettukunna) Green vegetables ante almost oka garden lo vegetables thinna source oka few L of milk will provide, so best source is milk.

- calcium/phosph reserves body ki supply cheyatam tho saripodhu, they need to be absorbed by body and this is where we have to help body, he suggested butter and fermented cod liver oil (suggest Green Pasture Cod Liver Oil)

- things to avoid to prevent decay -sugar, whole grains (yes, till now I didn't know) and inkonni chepparu.

Anyway thought of purchasing his book tooth decay since many people recommended and rated very high on amazon.
