Please post your ideas in this thread, let's discuss. I have the following: 1) Sport complex - I see a lot of demand for in-door badminton and tennis courts in this city. How about leasing land and construct a ware house with in-door courts or rent a warehouse and convert into in-door courts? 2) Some of us discussed about guar beans and gum industry. How about leasing land in India or Africa and go for a large scale guar farming? or make a long term agreements with the farmers and enter in to the processing side of the business? 3) ????
