PDodaa nee kosam....

Mundhu gaa half kilo lamb theesukoni chinna pieces cut chesi pettuko, marination yemi avasaram ledhu.... Onions 2 or 3 chinnavi gaa cut chesuko, pachi mirchi neeku saripada niluvuga cut chesuko....

pan theesukoni koosintha oil vesukoni andhulo chekka, lavangam, biriyani aaku (mandatory yemi kaadu) etc vesi 1 min tharvatha onions vesi oka 10 mins thippu....

Aaa tharvatha andhulo ginger garlic paste nee taste ki saripoyentha veyyi, pasupu podi bhi koosintha vesuko (yekkuva veyyaku heat yekkuva)next oka thakkali ni cut chesi veyyi....oka 5 mins tharvatha lamb ni indhulo vesi high flame lo oka 5 mins thippu (fultu high flame pettu, pachi vasana velli lopala vunna oil bayataki vasthundi)....

Ippudu dhaniyala podi oka 2 tea spoons, mirapodi veyyi, saripadaa salt vesi oka 10 mins medium flame lo lid petti vunchu....

Ippudu mutton masala veyyi, kobbari powder vunte add cheyyi ledante ok, garam masala bhi veyyi....
koosintha water avasaram anukonte add chesuko....

cooker use chestha vunte ippudu oka 4 vigils petti off cheseyy....
