daily morning early hrs large cup milk - 1 WITH protein powder boiled eggs - 2 dips - 50 jogging - half hr AND muscle building exercises - 15 MIN take bath and go to office WITH fcuk perfume before lunche 1 apple 1 peach small box FULL of rasberrys orange juice 1 bottle baby carrots lunch 1 cup rice boiled potatoes selary for cholesteral half plate curry snacks AFTER 3 fm finish eating remaining fruits -- small box FULL of straberrys, ornge juice, feaches, apples, blue berryes note : dont drink ANY soft dinks and again milk WITH protein powder AFTER 5 pm again gym 1 hr FOR chest , abdomen exercises 1 hour running in park AFTER 7PM thats personal we cant post here guruji.. mana schedule idee daily... http://www.jaitelugudesam.com
