dont agree Rao gaaru...who can be helpful to them in future annadhi consideration loki raadhu...but Parents by default tend to go for their kids compared to their parents...may be they feel more responsible for their kids as they have given birth to them...simple scenario...NRI's who settle in US...Kids future US lo baaguntundhi kaabatti they settle down in US...but parents ni India lone vadilesthaaru though they are old and need help...so ikkada kids manakedho podichesthaaru ani kaadhu...just aa attachment,responsibilty kids ante ekkuva anthey.... its more of how Eastern vs Western mind set....slow gaa janaalu evadi life vaadidhi anna concept ki move avuthunnaaru like western culture...Parents should just bring up their kids till college and leave them....don't expect anything from ur kids....plan for ur own retirement...manam first generation immigrants kaabatti naa ghar kaa na ghaat kaa type lo sagam sagam dobbinchukuntunnaam....from next generation it will all be set anukuntunnaa...  |
