Depends on who is more responsible, who is more manipulative, who is more assertive. I have seen both sides of coin. Konni illalo man is just a joker he justs exists, where the woman is the deciding factor, in some homes, man is the lead as he takes everything into control. Theoretically, both husband and wife should be th owner/head of the house in respective areas. Parents and Kids are dependents of the house who should be taken care of equally. After certain point, parents should play ministerial role where they will be only suggesting where as the leads should implement or own the decision.
