Always the passenger can approach the TC and they will arrange for a first aid and also if possible get the doctor in the next station. Added to that the route and time mentioned is not desert, Rajamundry, TP gudem, Eluru, Vijayawada. Journey time left is 7 hours ante can get down considering very less journey to complete and take the next possible train.
