Work chaala bore dobbuthandi. Another group lo different position ki podaamaa ani thinking. Pay lo difference vundadu gaani, kind of step down as that position will not have any direct reports. At the same time that group is on the top of the food chain within the company.

Career wise debba paduddemo ani oka pakka anumanam but at the same time denemma asalu work cheyyabuddi kavatledu in the present position. I am doing this for too long! Repu after-noon aa vere group director tho meeting (kind of an interview).
