There is a conflict between what you want to achieve (idealogically) and when you talk too much about yourself(IT evangelist, admin guru, reformist etc) 3) decentralize power with strong local leadership. keep the two castes happy here. The populace is not ready for a social engineering (as shown with PRP) 4) bring back the policy of a welfare state and publicize this through a new powerful face (puran, ntr, devendar, nbk, chiru, pk) anyone except you.
