It is legal in the united states for a man to grow breast more than a woman and for a woman to grow voice more than a man and flatten her breast to have chest like a man and even behave more manly than a man. And all is good in the eyes and sight of man. i am not judging because the bible said we should not judge but only God. i do not hate them because if i do that means i am not a real born again child of God.
