I like cardio and Circuit training. My latest favorite routine is. 1. Start running on thread mill for 2 minutes at 6 mph. Jump off the thread mill without stopping it. 2. 20 Pushups, followed by 1 or 2 minutes of running on the mill at 7 mph. 3. 20 pushups + 20 bicep curls followed by 1 or 2 minutes of running at 8 mph. You keep doing this for 10 exercises. Each time you add a new exercise. It will take more than 1 hour to complete this routine if you run for 2 minute interval. I love this routine. |
