Penkon.. time mukyam kadhu. enni calories burn chestunavu.. to cut down excess fat cardio is the best.. do you have pot belly or tires? pot ayithe do abs, push ups, planks, etc.. for tires, running (elliptical or treadmill), steps, push up and pull down weights.. if you are over weight always do cardio to cut down fat to certian extent and then do light weights for sculpt and tone.. |
