GA gaadi kathanam...entha clear ga undho pro YSRP ani:

Is Jagan Equal To An Ordinary Criminal? Published Date : 10-Jun-2012 22:00:00 GMT The Central Bureau of Investigation authorities on Monday displayed their sadistic mentality towards YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy by shifting him from Chanchalguda jail to the CBI special court in Nampally in an ordinary van, generally meant for ordinary criminals.

Jagan was to be produced before the court on Monday after the completion of 14-day judicial custody and seven-day CBI custoday.

The Kadapa MP, who came out of the jail gate as usual with folded hands and smiling face, was shocked to find a van (mini-bus with grilled windows), placed before the gate for taking him to the court. His smile disappeared and he argued with the jail officials as to why he was being taken in an ordinary van today, though he had been provided with air-conditioned bullet proof vehicle all these days. He, however, reluctantly boarded the van.

In the court, however, Jagan registered his strong protest with the judge. He said he was an MP from Kadapa and president of a political party.

“Moreover, I enjoy Z category security. But the CBI officials and jail staff insulted me by bringing me in an ordinary van meant for criminals. I am not a criminal and only an accused implicated in a false case. This is not the way to treat an MP. If they continue to treat me like this, I will have to take up fast unto death in the jail,” Jagan said. He also complained that the Jail authorities did not treat him well and he was not allowed to meet even his family members in the name of rules.

The court sought an explanation from the jail officials and the court ordered that Jagan be taken back to jail in a special vehicle with the necessary security arrangements. The court, however, remanded Jagan to judicial custody for another 14 days.
