winter Crop:
Unless I mention in the brackets, they are grown in full winter:
(1)Galic
(2)Regular onion
(3)Spring onion(year-round, but they do good in cold weather.)
(4)Cilantro(late winter to spring)
(5)Kale
(6)chad greens
(7)Austrian peas
(8)Spinach(March to May)
(9)Butter lettuce(March to May)
(10)Four varieties of Mint(Year round, but they do well in winter through May)
(11)Parsley
