Grass fed - could be organic or could be in organic. Depends on how they grow grass but either way I am totally fine 2. Organic - Not from stores like Costco, Kroger, Sams, Horizon etc...but from WHole foods, Organic valley who source from small farmers versus Costco and all source from Corporate farms where most fo the time they fed cows with feed not much grass.
