Simple gaa cheppalante, keeping aside all vedantic, spiritual reasons, caste, religion aspects aside, my body couldn't take even egg.. I used to be lean, underweight, malnourished and so on during my childhood, so doctor prescribed me to take egg, in any form, so that I can gain weight and be normal kid. My body never took it. I threw up, caught fever each time they tried to give me. Since then I never tried..
