Only thing is you have to PMI 2) Rent katte badulu Illu kondamu anedi wrong idea...You will never save money by buying house in 5 years...It will take 10 yr to get breakeven. Buy home as if you really own it, Own home gives a different feeling...Maintenance(Insurance, HOA, Monthly bills, Handyman etc) vaasipotadi... Pettesaa
