fruits - do you consume anything?




Go for low Glycemic Index fruits like Guava , Avacado etc .. Eat them as part of the meal and not a snack . Idea is to eat every 6-9 hours not every 2 hours. If GI is lower than 30 eat, you can consume more are 100 gms or whole fruuit, if GI is high counsume half of it ...
