Firstly , you have to getover the concept of eating every 3 hours . This is a brutal scam between syndicate of industrialized food producers , seed companies , food processors like "pepcio , coca-cola , MD , KFC" and pharma / Medical industry plus others. Our bodies are bascially evolved to live with out food for couple of days at stretch . Body works best when you eat 2 times a day with a gap of 6 hours between the meals and do not eat or load energy after 6.PM until 8.am next day . Total calorie you would need is 1000-1500 depending on your lifestyle . 1 gm of fat is 9 calories , 1 gm of carb is 4 calories , 1 gm of protien is 4 calories . You do the math , on how much fat , carb and protien you need and plan accordingly. Once u are into HFLC lifestyle . Food is the last thing on mind , you move into a different zone , no hunger , no cravings , no joint pains , body mind co-ordination , increased memory and focus .
