Mainly Breakfast - Eggs with veggies or greens with Avacado/ blacktea/green tea with lemon Lunch - During week Salads or something with cauliflower rice (not able to eat cauliflower rice that much) Dinner - Some kind of Soup with lots of veggies or something with cauliflower rice black coffee, Protein Smoothies, Green Juice and coconut water, herbal tea whenever needed.. right now only able to 12 hour intermittent...slowly want to go to 14/16 One meal either lunch or dinner going really lean bro - with salad or soup... i am seeing 2 lbs loss per week www.investormonk.com
