On a serious note, two options you have 1. Cross the country and enter back (As suggested by rocks) 2. Apply for H1/I-94 extension similar to the regular H1 extension process. In this option u don't need to go out of country, but it will take some time and will cost some money to get the extension approval. Again after getting new passport only, u need to apply for extension.
