Best way is exercise...nenu peddaga cheyyanu.

I eat lot of nuts...I think that definitely helped. Naaku nuts ante oka laanti addiction. Fish oil tablets and fish also helps a lot antaaru. Few years back...fish oil tablets esukune vaadini naaku peddaga pani cheyyaledhu...may be i was not consistent. Ila food tho HDL count perigina...it might not be beneficial to heart ani edho research undhi...i need to dig more and figure it out. But, best way is exercise.

Few years back once in a while gym ki ellevaadini..ippudu no more gym. If you are like me and don't like to go to gym...some practical things that seem to be working for me..
1) I chase my kids around the house to get exercise. Kids love it and its a fun activity.
2) Climb anywhere between 2 to 10 floors in my office. Climbing up is good and i take the elevator down. Water and restroom ki kooda i purposefully go to a different floor.
