Never Ever heat Honey or buy any Pasteurised Honey at all.. just buy...unpasteurised honey from your local farm or near by place... just mix lemon in hot water n drink early in the morning u can take honey ocassionally in a day...eat it raw...or sprinkle on salads...yougurt etc...
