Interestingly the tech guy at Costco advised me to go with LG or Samsung. He said Sony isn't what it used to be and his first preference is LG followed by Samsung. He said Vizio is also good if you are buying M series, and make Sure the model supports HDR. I believe any M series made after March 2015 is fine. Ignorance is bliss
