dada high protein and low carb diet lo oka roju ki sample menu idi

breakfast - omelette with 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg and 1 tbsp ghee and add onions mushrooms like that

snack ki 225g lowfat cottage cheese or plain greek yogurt with dried cranberries

lunch ki 200 grams chicken breast with steamed or stir fried veggies(if u want u can add 1 cup cooked rice too but only for lunch)

snack ki some nuts(walnuts/almonds/sunflower seeds/ pumpkin seeds)

dinner ki 200 grams chicken breast with steamed or stir fried veggies

inko snack ki lowfat cottage cheese or plain greek yogurt with dried cranberries
