correct but AP govt itself created a real estate boom in two dists and whole capital building plan is based on real estate pricing and improvement for farmers. Most of them did some kind of transaction in the last year and everyone have amounts much more than 5lakhs in lockers. In our society any real estate deal is 60 to 70% black and rest white. Now it's next to impossible to show any source for that black. Ika pothe inko angle, lot of people participate in private chits and mostly ladies. They are all done with no legal formalities, and even one or two are delinquent then whole group will crumble. I don't think they have thought through all the implications before implementing this. If the govt say now they will give a chance to disclose black one more time for a month or so, I think response will be tremendous even if they put 50% tax. Ignorance is bliss |
