Few reasons that i had found based on my readings. Hitler was a soldier ( of austria or germany i don't exactly remember ) in first world war and they lost ( i think ). He instilled lots of grudge in himself when his paintings weren't accepted at a museum. He obviously needed a strong power polarization for getting into the power. He used hatred against the "rich & well to do" people ( Like the Jews..Jews are just an example of race who were doing well in germany at that time ) for attracting the masses & vote bank. Don't forget that he has great oratory skills. After getting to the stage of ruler of Germany with almost 90% majority, his ambitions became boundless and he wanted to conquer the world. Conquering the world requires => Suppression, Monopoly, ruthlessness, cruelty & capability to do crime without much thinking & lot more atrocities. Most of the "Nazi teachings and philosophy" are revolved around these aspects. And last but not the least => ekkado chadiva => Vallu by birth Zombies ( Don't know how true it is ) and have supernatural abilities.
