I just do brisk walk,,,,,first few pounds easy gaa thagganu,,,then diet control modalettanu like, breakfast and dinner only fruits and lunch regular food. stopped eating junk food. Doctor advised me to download myfitnesspal app to track everything,,,it really help me and motivated to track and do more workout and loose weight.

you can set the target weight and time and then it gives you numbers to follow.


I was 168 in June, Now I am at 159. Next target is 150,,,so started Yoga and few workouts to make it easy.
