yes.. her dad Mr. khan before migrating to the US, worked as a chef for Raj Kapoor's RK studios.. an expert at goat/lamb biryani... when he came to know that his daughter eloped with the cook (sardarji) to india, he went and got them married in both hindu and muslim traditions, got them back to the USA, made his son-in-law the owner and settled down as a chef in the same restaurant (i used to say Mr. khan is like annagAru and Mr. Singh is CBN  ) until he had the paralysis stroke.. the lady used to follow muslim, punjabi and hindu customs... she celebrated diwali with her hindu friends/neighbours... Mr. Singh also is a nice person... he has been taking good care of his deceased wife's parents... andarU manchivALLu... the eldest of the 3 kids who was sitting right next to her mom at the time of the incident was in a deep shock for a couple of days, but within no time she started accepting the reality and started taking care of her young siblings as well as herself while their dad was keeping himself busy to get over the sorrow by working more time in the restaurant... she is a topper in her class, got selected for governor's school..rAmu(Du) manci bAluDu  cinnappaTinuncI intE
