Here is the information which I know.

CK Babu used to very dominant and arrogant person in Chittoor as most you know. If he has an eye on something he will try to get it at any cost.
Katari Mohan stood up against C.K Babu in one of the issue (Don't remember the issue) that irritated C.K Babu. C.K tried to eliminate Katari Mohan by attacking him with Knifes in car.

Attackers thought Katari died and left the scene. Luckily Katarti fought for his life and survived. Meanwhile Chintu (Katari's Sister Son) who used to live in Karnataka left everything for his mama and joined hands with his mama to take revenge on C.K Babu. They planned multiple attacks on C.K. Babu and C.K survived all of them.
Katari and Chintu spent couple of years in Karnataka to avoid Police arrest and eventually got arrested and spent some time in Kadapa and Chittoor Jail. Both got released on Bail eventually.

Katarti got close to TDP and started objecting C.k.Babu again. With the Intervention of both wifes fearing for their husbands life both of them got compromised and took a pledge not to attack each and lead separate life.
Katari wife got elected as Mayor and started distancing Chintu and advised Katari Mohan to do same. Mayor started promoting her own kids and her relatives. Chintu who more or less scarified his life for Mama got upset with Katari and Wife attitude and started his own group. This is the info I had when I visited India last time. But did not think it will go so this deep with Killing of Mama and his wife.
Katari is good person who gave life to TDP in Chittoor. I am deeply saddened by loss of Katari and his wife. Rest in Peace Katrari Mohan and Anuradha.
