today ubs released a interesting study In the service sector, computers are increasingly able to substitute knowledge workers. By 2025, the impact of automation is likely to be significant, as c70m of knowledge workers, or around 12% of the OECD workforce could be at risk. Robots are increasingly able to perform ‘complex routine’ tasks such as employee on-boarding, credit applications or reporting, and will eventually take over most routine tasks currently performed by sales or legal assistants, for example. Economics work in favour of software robots which come at a third of the cost of workers in EM and a tenth of the cost in DM. Importantly, a virtual workforce creates operational leverage; it can be scaled at low marginal cost and respond to peaks in demand. http://blogs.barrons.com/techtraderdaily/2015/11/16/alphabet-amazon-lead-a-i-cha rge-as-machines-take-over-says-ubs/ always be on top of skillset which machines a.i cannot do dreams don't work unless you do
