BLS is basically waste of time if we call them. Their job entirely is middleman like post office, get your application give to consulate, get it from consulate and give it to you. This is introduced by someone who wanted to make money I guess thru this side business. They absolutely have no clue how these consulate works and no clue of what they are needed to do.
