Here's the bad news- things are worse now than before. Land prices in parts of Krishna and Guntur are touching a crore rupees. As a result farmers are selling their small parcels of land in Krishna and Guntur and buying up large tracts of farmland in Nalgonda where the price is 1/10th of Krishna and Guntur.
