Kalikaalam:

If meditation is a sceintific metyhod, it should work for everybody and anybody who practices.

KK saru, hinduism lo inta confusion undataniki basic reason its experience based. Also it varies on each individual effort and added to their karma's status. Problem is we try to make it process oriented, Which never works. If so after these many years, there would have been a process defined already and every one of us would have been on path of liberation.

we would have been bhakta kannappa's or Godadevi's and would have attained moksha.. ( Godadevi did 30 day vratam and attained moksha, ever since millions were doing it but do you think every one who did got merged into lord vishnu? )

Akkade we are stuck with confusion, complications and growth of fake swamiji's, so called siritual leaders who fake 99% of the stuff.

Coming to the point, Meditation is not easy task to learn, practice and experience. Who ever says it is so easy, then they are junk and can be ignored.

I agree with you is that all these books, speeches are not really useful, unless some one has experienced it and can helps us to move forward, than make us go backward.
