Kalikaalam:

Sahajam gaa meditation ane concept pedha bussu

saru you are always either guided with wrong people or had very bad experiences that made a wrong opinion on spiritual/religious issues.

Meditation is not buss, but the people who are propagating it are NOT doing it in correct way. That doesn't mean meditation is buss. This happens in any concept even in science.

Meditation is concept that cannot be matched by any other concept to gain control over mind which is the root cause for many issues in human life. And since there is no defined process its individual convenience how one can achieve it, Whether you control it, watch it or guide it. Thats why the confusion which is at its best and people are cashing it, Each individual is attracted towards easiest/fastest way where unfortunately there is none. The people who claim there is are bogus.

Mind is something impossible to control your thoughts. Its character is to go places. Best way is watch it and hold the gap between the thoughts tightly and expand the gap from a fraction of second to many seconds slowly to make it listen the way you want. This takes ages..

Meditation doesnt just mean deep sleep, doesnt mean stress reliever, it doesnt mean joy, doesnt mean bliss, doesnt mean eternal journey and so on. Its beyond that.
