ikkada naa colleague okayana vunnadu, every year hunting ki pothadu. minimum oka elk, oka deer kottukosthadu. he skins them properly and stores meet in 2kgs bags in the deep freezers. they don't need to buy meet at all other than few kgs of pork they mix with elk or deer meet when they want to make sausages. elk meat is really nice, very lean.
