Its not about how much IU you take, It's about if ur stomach has proper condition to absorb Vitamin D or not. Otherwise just increasing dosage is not good for the body. Don't overdose unless u have a specific deficiency. Vitamin D is fat soluble. So take it with 1 or 2 spoons of extravirgin coconut oil. Same in case of multi-vitamins. 2000 IU max. is daily recommended dose |
