I am not a tech person but I shouldn't be when I shelled out that kind of money for a simple tab. apple's strength supposed to be seamless operation. Out of all the apple products I have, I am very disappointed with tab. off late in the last couple of months it's even heating up quite a bit. Ignorance is bliss
