"centre lo BJP is also very disappointing. Single largest majority in 30 years pettukoni parliament lo bills are not getting passed. This is a shame actually. It reflects very badly on Modi and the parliament strategy. As the below article says, the window for reforms is getting smaller, next Bihar elections antaru, then something else, and lo and behold 4 years are over and we will have the next elections upon us. If the GST bill does not get passed this session, it will not come into effect in 2016. Then we will have to wait till 2017.
