looks like the deal is a combination of cash, SUNI stock and convertible notes from SUNI. in those three components only guaranteed value is cash and the remaining two are completely based on market. who knows where SUNI stock would be by the time deal is actually closed? market is presently discounting it by about 70cents from the presented deal value, that's it. just for that reason i.e., to gain about 70 cents on a $16 stock, no need to jump into this ani naa opinion. if you know these companies well and want to buy for future outlook then its a completely different investment thesis Ignorance is bliss |
