Raja maatha Sivagami sees her and decides she should get her married to Bhallaladeva since he is the elder one..
Looking at his bad deeds Anushka rejects that proposal and says she will marry Bahubali.
Ego hurt ayyi, as a revenge, Sivagami/Bhallaladeva plan to attack Anushka's kingdom. Bahubali defends them and marries Anushka..this leads to a war between that kingdom and Mahishmati. Before war, Bhallaladeva is declared as king.
