LEPL was founded by Sri L. P. Bhaskar Rao, a first generation entrepreneur, a visionary with over two decades of experience in real estate development and construction.

Started as an entrepreneurial venture back in 1983, called Lingamaneni Estates, to undertake real estate, construction and contracting business. Today the company has changed its constitution to a limited company known as 'LEPL Projects' and expanded its focus to Property Development, Infrastructure development in the Commercial, Residential, Education, Power and Health sectors, in addition to acquiring strategically located Land Banks with a futuristic approach.
